Learn more about the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD) and its financing arm, the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA). 

As the small business agency in Virginia, SBSD provides services such as business counseling and training; small, women-owned, and minority-owned business (SWaM) certification; and access to capital to support and empower minority-owned businesses.
