Are you clear on what you want and how you want it for your career? If you’re seeking to gain clarity and perspective for your career journey, this session is for you. Join us for an interactive session jam-packed with strategies and techniques to help you reflect on your career values, interests, and skills. You’ll take inventory and begin to gain clarity on what’s important to you so you can feel better prepared for what’s next on your career journey.

Alyssa Broadnax is a Human Resources Consultant at Dominion Energy. In this role as a career counselor, Alyssa enhances the employee experience by helping colleagues achieve their career aspirations through coaching, branding support, resume reviews, interview preparation, and career development workshops. 

Alyssa attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She also has a Business Graduate Certificate from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Alyssa is passionate about connecting people to the best opportunities for them, and for helping them feel fulfilled and valued for their talents and skills.
